- Note that the rivet callout for the mid bellcrank (28-14) is AN470AD4-6 and the callout for the outboard bellcrank (28-16) is AN470AD4-7.
- The KAI calls for match drilling the bellcrank rivet holes. At least one builder found all rivets fit perfectly as-punched with no match drilling needed on either part — test-fit the rivets before drilling; you may be able to skip it. Applies to Page 28-16 as well.

- W-15022-00X outer mixer box bellcrank — the LEFT and RIGHT are NOT interchangeable (they are mirror images). Flipping the bearing upside down reverses the orientation for the right side.
Page 28-19 (R2)
- The mid bellcrank should be oriented with the long leg pointing into the wing.

- The AN3-10A pushrod bolts can bottom on threads before the rod end bearing is fully secured. Add one extra washer on the bolt side during assembly. Exception, the washer must go on the nut side only — placing it under the bolt head causes interference with the mixer box structure.

- Until final installation, protect the pushrods from contact scratching — wrap the unconnected pushrod ends and/or apply electrical tape to the edges of the rib holes the rods pass through. Remove the tape at final install.
