Overview

The Packing List (.pdf) for the QB and SB wings are both downloadable in the Van's Store.

Below is a downloadable and updated packing list: RV-15 Packing Lists (.xlsx)

  • Note: The quantities for rivets match the hardware box inventories, not the weight in lbs on the inventory sheet.
  • Note: This list is not official, and all quantities and links should be verified.
  • Note: This format also matches the KitFlight inventory feature format, you will need to export each tab into a .csv file.

QB Sample Order #313196

  • The parts and rivet quantities under the T-15509-001/-002 on the PDF has been removed, Van's stated these were included in error.
  • The SECTION 21: Fuel Sender Assembly R2 change requires an additional 104 AN426AD3-3.5 rivets and 52 K1000-08D nutplates.

  • The SECTION 38: Lens and Hatch Covers Subkit W-15515 should have 18x W-15040-001 and 2x W-15040A-001 rather than the 16 and 4 that are shipped.
  • The SECTION 38: Lens and Hatch Covers bushing for the landing light wire (BUSHING SB375-4) does not seem to be supplied with the wing kit or called out in the KAIs. 2 additional (1 left wing, 1 right wing) bushings are required if using the hole for the wire and should be requested from Vans.
